The SoulQuest Experience

You’re already in a relationship with yourself.

What’s it like to be in a relationship with YOU?

Hmmm...

You talk to yourself.

You listen to yourself.

You question yourself.

You make promises to yourself.

You change your mind.

You make decisions.

You get things wrong.

Judgment has opinions about all of it.

That relationship is already happening.

SoulQuest is a place to PRACTICE what happens inside it.

Not so you can find the “right” answers.

Not so you can become endlessly positive.

And definitely not so I can tell you what you should think.

We practice noticing.

Pausing.

Asking better questions.

Looking from different perspectives.

Giving ourselves more options.

And then?

YOU decide what you think.

Why PRACTICE?

I’m a second-degree black belt in karate.

Don’t fuck with me. 😂

Most of what I learned in karate came from practicing the same things over and over when I didn’t need them.

Because the moment when you actually need to protect yourself is a really shitty time to start figuring out your options.

You practice before you need it.

I think the relationship you have with yourself deserves Practice too.

Because when somebody pushes THE button...

When Judgment gets loud...

When you’re hurt, pissed off, embarrassed, confused, or caught completely off guard...

You probably don’t want that to be the first time you try another way of meeting the moment.

So we practice in the small stuff.

Again and again.

Not to give you the answer.

To give you more options.

And then YOU decide what comes next.

What We’ll Practice

Each month, we’ll take something that shows up in real life and explore it together.

Not as something to master.

Not as something to fix about yourself.

As something to get curious about.

Throughout the month, we’ll use different parts of the SoulQuest Practice to look at the theme from different perspectives.

You’ll have opportunities to:

Notice what has your attention.

Pause before deciding what it means.

Ask yourself better questions.

Explore another perspective.

Listen to what Judgment has to say without automatically believing—or fighting—it.

Find options you might not have seen from where you were standing.

And ultimately...

decide what YOU think.

Different themes.

Different situations.

The same Practice, again and again.

Because that's how Practice works.

You’ll Have Practice Partners

This might be one of my favorite parts.

The other women inside SoulQuest aren't there to tell you what to do.

They're your Practice Partners.

Sometimes another woman will see something you couldn't see from where you were standing.

Not because she's right and you're wrong.

She's just standing somewhere else.

Same thing. Different angle. More information.

You get another place to stand.

She does too.

And everybody gets to decide for herself what she thinks.

That’s the kind of community I want us to create.

What’s Inside

Each month, we’ll have a real-life theme to explore.

Each week, you'll get a new opportunity to Practice with that theme through questions, exercises, and conversation.

We'll also have live Q&A every other Friday, where we can bring our questions, Hmmm moments, clicks, Judgment, and whatever else real life handed us.

And between all of that?

Community.

A place to bring what you're noticing.

A place to hear other perspectives.

A place to practice.

A place to say:

“Okay, this happened. Hmmm...”

...and pull up a chair.

This Is NOT Another Course to Finish

There’s no graduation.

No gold star because you completed Self-Trust. ⭐😂

The seven SoulQuest pillars aren't seven boxes we're going to check and never look at again.

They're places we'll return to as we explore different themes.

Because real life doesn't happen in curriculum order.

You may meet the same question again six months from now and see something completely different.

Good.

You have a different perspective now.

More information.

More places to stand.

We keep practicing.

Why Now?

The holidays are coming.

I know.

It’s fucking AUGUST, Veneta.

I KNOW. 😂

But eventually, some of us are going to be sitting across the table from people who know exactly where our buttons are.

Some of them may have installed the damn things.

SoulQuest isn't going to teach you how to stop people from pushing your buttons.

Good luck with that. 😂

We're going to practice what happens inside your relationship with yourself when somebody does.

What do I know?

What have I decided that means?

What does Judgment have to say?

What else could be true?

What are my options?

What do I think?

What if you practiced coming back to yourself before you really needed to?

Not because the holidays are the problem.

Because life keeps giving us places to practice.

Founding Members, Pull Up a Chair 💙

The SoulQuest Experience begins:

September 28

And because you’ll be one of the women pulling up the first chairs and helping this community become what it’s going to become:

Founding Member Price: $35/month

No giant commitment.

No need to have your shit figured out before you arrive.

Frankly, that woman doesn’t have a reservation anyway. 😂

Just bring yourself.

Your questions.

Your Judgment.

Your Hmmm...

And your willingness to Practice.

[PULL UP A CHAIR — $35/MONTH]

One More Question...

You’re already in a relationship with yourself.

What’s it like to be in a relationship with YOU?

I’m not going to tell you what your answer should be.

But if you want a place to keep exploring that question...

and practicing the relationship you want to have with yourself...

Pull up a chair.

I’ll bring the questions.

You bring yourself. 💙
